Our daughter Kate was married at the Red Barn on February 6th 2010. As a venue it was the perfect setting for Kate and Grant’s special day. They are both from rural backgrounds and wanted a place that felt open and rustic while still being able to provide the amenities required for a wedding. The Red Barn’s ambience is both relaxed and private which is helpful for wedding day nerves. Bridgette and Lance were so hospitable and flexible and the caterers Kerr & Ladbrook looked after every detail and provided a superb wedding breakfast. Once the wedding was underway under the beautiful trees we didn’t have to worry about another thing. It was a truly memorable occasion and we would recommend the Red Barn to any prospective bride and groom who want a unique and professional place to hold their nuptials.

We had our wedding at The Red Barn last weekend; it was the most amazing day despite the odd drop of rain. To anyone who is considering this as a wedding venue, book it as soon as you can. Lance and Bridget are awesome and an absolute pleasure to deal with they go the extra mile on almost everything!! This venue is amazing value for money, and you are crazy to consider anything else.
We used Kerr & Lad brook catering and can’t count the number of times our guests commented on the superb food which is a huge complement to them as we have a large number of food critics amongst our friends! If you are considering these caterers you won’t be disappointed.
Lake Karaprio Lodge is where we stayed on wedding night and also where the girls got ready for wedding day – stunning surroundings and flawless hospitality.
